Who is responsible?

Vânia Alves operates C9 with Vania and is responsible for the personal information she uses for enquiries and her newsletter. Contact hello@c9withvania.com with a privacy question or request.

Information and purposes

• Visiting: the hosting service receives connection information, such as your IP address, browser and requested page, to deliver and protect this website.
• Privacy choices: a record of the optional services you allow is stored in your browser for up to 180 days. It is used to remember your choices, not to identify you for advertising.
• Enquiries: your email address and message are used to respond to you. Please avoid sharing sensitive health information.
• Newsletter: if you submit the signup form, your first name, email address and subscription information are handled through Systeme.io for Vânia’s mailing list. Loading the form is separate from agreeing to receive emails.
• Optional embeds: Vimeo and Systeme.io receive your connection information when you allow and load their video or signup form. They may use their own storage technologies.

Analytics and advertising

Google Analytics and Google Ads tracking are not currently connected. No Google measurement tag is loaded by this website. If these services are introduced, this notice and the consent choices will be updated first. No names, email addresses or health information should be sent in analytics events.

Our basis for using information

Optional services and newsletter marketing use your consent. Responding to enquiries and operating and securing the website rely on legitimate interests in providing the service. Information may also be kept when necessary to meet legal obligations.

Who receives information?

Service providers involved include the website hosting service, Systeme.io for the newsletter, Titan/OnlyDomains for email, and Vimeo when you request a video. Their involvement depends on the features you use. We do not collect payment-card details or operate Forever’s checkout.

Following a Forever shop link takes you to a separate website, where Forever’s privacy notice applies. The link can include Vânia’s distributor ID for referral attribution; it does not contain the name or email you provide to the newsletter.

Service providers and international processing

Third-party providers may process information in countries outside your own. Their privacy information explains their processing locations and transfer arrangements: Systeme.io, Vimeo and Titan. Contact Vânia for questions about how a provider is used for this website.

How long information is kept

Privacy preferences expire after 180 days. Newsletter details are used while you remain subscribed; unsubscribe through an email or contact Vânia. A limited suppression record may be retained to respect an opt-out. Enquiries are kept only for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and applicable obligations. Hosting and third-party service records follow the relevant provider’s retention arrangements.

Your choices and rights

You can reject optional services, change your choices using Privacy settings, or unsubscribe from the newsletter. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. You can ask about access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or objection where applicable by emailing Vânia.

You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office, the Irish Data Protection Commission, or your local data-protection authority.
